Vacation
Bible
School in Guachupita by one of the guys working with our team this week. The guy had picked up the little boy about four blocks from where we were while he was rounding up kids to come to VBS. A few minutes later, while I was involved in a big game of “Pato, Pato, Ganzo,” (Duck, Duck, Goose) I glanced over to see the round baby sound asleep in Jonathan’s arms.

Guachupita is not a safe place for children, but today this child found safety in Jonathan’s arms. The loud, energetic VBS continued while Jonathan stood nearby holding this anonymous baby boy.
Jonathan was in Guchupita to run around and play with kids this day but instead God was calling Him to be a safe place for this baby for a couple of hours. How sweet it is how God changes our plans each day and uses us in such unique ways.
